TBE is responsible for Marriott‘s UK Hotels & Resorts brochure
request line, managing brochure requests and related customer
service enquiries. In addition we handle all email requests from
Marriott‘s website as well as the mailing and fulfilment and more
recently we have developed an E brochure facility linking customers
to a viewable online brochure.

The Business Link service is a crucial part of the Government‘s
campaign to promote enterprise. TBE manages the national customer
service help desk, identifying and redirecting callers to local
regional offices during the day and an out of hours call handling
and messaging service. Additionally we provide a disaster recovery
platform to maintain telephony services and messaging when necessary
across several UK based locations in the event of training days,
evacuations and related security issues.
